Position Overview

The role of the Cleaning Operations Supervisor at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar is crucial in maintaining a pristine environment for both staff and customers. This position involves overseeing cleaning staff and ensuring that all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and monitor the activities of cleaning teams.

  • Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services needed, such as repairs or renovations.
  • Hands-On Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their duties as necessary.
