We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role
We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop your skills in customer service, sales, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Work collaboratively with other Team Members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
