Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TigerTel. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound phone calls from clients, providing professional and courteous service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and French (read, write, speak)
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
