Job Title: Office Manager / Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our President and other team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage various business processes, including HR, accounting, and AP/AR
  • Calculate and enter bi-weekly payroll, monthly source deductions, and vacation time
  • Verify and enter expense accounts for employees
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including sending invoices and following up on payments
  • Perform quarterly inventory and warranty obligations
  • Order and receive parts, manage inventory, and pack and ship items as needed
  • Assist with trade show organization and customer calls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or organizational role
  • Current working experience handling accounting tasks in a Quebec-based business
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Dynamics Nav
