About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at TCM Conseils. As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating meetings, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to help our team make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
