About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Universal Furniture and Mattress. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining calendars.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-organized, tidy, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Technology Support: Provide basic technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and hardware.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
