- Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the hotel.
- Appliance Repairs: Conduct minor repairs on hotel appliances.
- Safety Checks: Execute safety and security inspections regularly.
- Property Showings: Present apartments and office spaces to potential tenants.
- Supervision: Oversee the work of other maintenance staff.
- Heavy Lifting: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Routine Maintenance: Carry out other maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
- Independence: Work effectively with minimal supervision.
