Job Title: Sub-Contract Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sub-Contract Cleaner to join our team at Everclean Corporate Services. As a sub-contractor, you will have the opportunity to work with your own company, equipment, and labor, while we provide the work and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and conference rooms.
  • Meet the required standards for cleaning and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Other duties may include completing work to the standard, providing excellent customer service, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must have Commercial General Liability Insurance.
  • Must have WCB.
  • 2 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies, such as an auto scrubber and a buffer.
  • Must have or be able to apply for business liability insurance.
  • Valid WHMIS Certificate.
  • All cleaners are subject to a criminal record check.
