Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles, addressing customer complaints, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Drive lighter, special purpose trucks to transport vehicles, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent written communication, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, oversee vehicle condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency roadside situations, perform emergency repairs, and ensure the safety and security of cargo.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Communication Systems: Operate GPS and other navigation equipment
  • Transportation Experience: Local and short-haul transportation experience
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks
