Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for air crew operations
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot to ensure seamless integration of procedures and policies
- Lead the development and implementation of new policies and programs to enhance flight operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to flight crew members on standard operating procedures and policies
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
