About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Health Educator to join our team at our retail storefront location in North Vancouver. As a Health Educator, you will play a key role in helping customers navigate our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the best solutions for their health and wellness needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and addressing concerns related to our products and services.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and products.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Background in nutrition or a related field, such as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or similar certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20-$28, depending on experience.
