Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Aggarwal Grocery Hub Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
