Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tidewaters Liquor Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and promotional displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage store budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team to identify and address customer complaints and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a liquor store or similar environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field an asset.
