Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tidewaters Liquor Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Language: English.
