Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement/Accounting Clerk to join our team at Atlas Growers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the processing of all company purchases and invoices received for payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Logistics
    • Support material and resource planning to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
    • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
    • Coordinate with Operations to track planned purchases and ensure timely delivery
  • Financial Transactions
    • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and confirming approvals for Accounts Payable
    • Provide coding and documentation as needed for financial records
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate reports detailing accounts payable and accounts receivable status as needed
    • Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor and/or customer accounts and statements
Requirements
  • Diploma certification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Experience with ERP systems is desirable
  • At least 1 year of experience in Procurement and/or Bookkeeping
