Job Title: Direct Purchase Analyst

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Direct Purchase Analyst to join our team. As a Direct Purchase Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our Direct Purchase CSRs with customer account analysis, investigating anomalies, and preparing for DP contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Direct Purchase CSRs with customer account analysis and investigation of anomalies and meter and billing issues.
  • Prepare for DP contract renewals, including running Checkpoint reports and reconciling SAP and DP reports.
  • Act as a liaison between our team and the Billing team within Customer Care Operations, including tracking responses.
  • Assist with CSR renewals, spreadsheets, compliance items, credit exposure, and the population of spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Business, Finance, or Math degree or Business or Finance College diploma & 2 years + of relevant work experience.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and familiarity with database concepts, query tools, and general business applications.
  • Ability to perform multiple work assignments at varying stages of completion with a high degree of accuracy while working to tight time constraints and changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and negotiate.
  • Strong professionalism, communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and drive results on your own.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Direct Purchase contract administration, customer billing, and/or financial systems.
  • Working knowledge of ConTrax, Enerline, SAP CIS, WEBi, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word.
  • Understanding of Large Volume Contract language and rates.
  • Demonstrated front-line customer service/contact experience.
  • Experience in the natural gas and/or utilities market.

Assignment Details:

Assignment Start Date: ASAP – 12 months to start.

Assignment Location: Chatham, ON – Work Hybrid.
