Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at CAR - JON FAMILY RESTAURANTS. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
