Service Advisor Job Opportunity

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Prince George, BC. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and book appointments
  • Write up work orders and schedule repairs
  • Create estimates and invoices
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by technicians
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated
  • Explain all work performed and charges
Requirements:
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
