Position Overview

As a Property Management Specialist at General Property Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of property management. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and finalize rental agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Recruit and manage support staff responsible for various operational, clerical, and maintenance tasks.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Monitor project progress and budget adherence for property owners.
  • Maintain detailed records of operating expenses and income.
  • Generate comprehensive expense and income reports.
  • Respond promptly to client or tenant inquiries and trouble calls.
