Motel Operations Supervisor

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of 11-15 staff members, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, maintaining a high level of expertise and knowledge in motel operations.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods. A valid work permit is required for this position.
