The Human Resources Manager at NATIONGUARD PROTECTION SERVICES INC is responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring the effective management of human capital.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Delegate projects to team members related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee engagement.
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the HR department.
- Evaluate HR initiatives to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the organization.
- Design, implement, and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Administer contracts and agreements related to employment.
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for new hires.
Responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 individuals.
Security and Safety RequirementsCompletion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential due to a large caseload and workload.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
- Exhibits sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized and accountable for tasks.
Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week.
