We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mechanics and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to address customer questions regarding automotive repairs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn specific procedures and systems.
Work Environment
We offer a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $22.00-$30.00 per hour and 35-40 hours of work per week.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
