Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they view Seequent as a pioneering force in the Civil and Environmental sectors.
  • Engage with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders to promote user engagement, account development, and strategic selling.
  • Achieve and surpass defined performance metrics to gauge success.
  • Deliver and synchronize technical, domain, and commercial insights with prompt responses, effective problem-solving, and tailored solutions.
  • Support the organization's growth by enhancing our brand visibility and expanding our market reach.
  • Utilize the strengths of the broader North American team, including Go-To-Market teams, Customer Solutions, and Regional Operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and finalizing substantial, intricate enterprise agreements.
  • 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment, specifically within a sales context.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop and implement account strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements with a history of surpassing objectives.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, discerning client requirements, and providing customized solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-focused.
  • Ability to adapt to market dynamics and client needs.
  • Resilient with a constructive outlook in the face of challenges.
