Position Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Upper Crust Bakery Express Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within our distribution center. Your leadership will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with various departments to align operational goals and enhance productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on warehouse performance and logistics.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the seamless operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Organize and oversee necessary maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Staff Training: Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Work Assignment: Assign tasks and review work to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures.

Qualifications
