Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Join AMAN Logistics Ltd. as a Logistics Coordinator and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the flow of goods and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities and performance
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to optimize logistics operations
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
