Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at SOP Logistics Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.

  • Develop and implement processes to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
