Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at SOP Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of 3-4 delivery drivers and staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and participate in recruitment processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
