Customer Success Associate

At Street Context, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Account Managers and CSMs to support our customers throughout their journey with us.
  • Communicate with and assist our customers in understanding our product so they receive the maximum value and return on investment.
  • Ensure customers are updated on new product features and guide them through significant milestones such as upgrades, new releases, and feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with our Account Executives and Account Managers to close pilots with new and existing customers and leverage the CSM team to build pilot strategies.
  • Use data to support decision making by understanding client needs and supplementing value driven from outside of the SCX platform.
  • Manage our Salesforce instance by administering fields, creating validation rules, and designing efficient flows to streamline our processes.
  • Support the GTM team in facilitating the use of business intelligence tools such as Looker and Planhat.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, though not necessarily in our industry.
  • Curious, with a habit of lifelong learning.
  • High EQ and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with data and able to work with Excel.
  • Coachable and able to integrate feedback into conduct and professional development goals.
