Role Overview:
Provide user assistance and customer service for company-supported software applications and platforms. Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient understanding of essential operations related to relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
- Familiarity with applicable call tracking systems
- Experience in customer service methodologies
- Relevant experience and training in the field
- University Degree in a related discipline
- Proficient in Windows administration and deployment
- Experience with Cisco technologies (preferred)
