Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Ultraform Mfg (2021) Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating the purchase of materials and supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze purchase orders and instructions from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory levels
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and shipments
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or logistics
  • 5 years or more of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
