Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
