Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Financial Transactions: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, as well as balance cash and complete balance sheets and related forms.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: 40 hours per week.
