Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team at TRJ Telecom Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing project files.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including creating project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project communication plans, including creating project reports, dashboards, and other communication materials.
Requirements
  • DEC in administration and/or bureautique/Génie Civil.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
