About the Opportunity

Procom, a leading staffing and contract workforce services provider, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Technical Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial part in identifying top talent for our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to placement, for assigned and unassigned roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, active, and placed candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize cutting-edge recruitment methods and tools to source and identify candidates for current and future needs.
  • Work closely with our account managers to understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Coach and develop junior recruiters to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies remain effective.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • University degree or relevant experience.
