Position: Implementation Manager

Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Versature, you will oversee a team of specialists dedicated to delivering comprehensive implementation services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding your team, ensuring top-notch customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with various internal departments to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Mentoring specialists to become client-centric product authorities
  • Evaluating customer experiences and providing constructive feedback
  • Managing customer escalations and serving as a point of escalation
  • Conducting audits to refine processes
  • Driving revenue and meeting activation goals
  • Collaborating with sales and customer success teams
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of products and services
  • Recruiting and assessing team performance
  • Improving processes and identifying areas for enhancement

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience leading a team of five or more
  • Strong leadership and project management expertise
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
