Position Overview

The Retail Team Supervisor acts as a vital link between the leadership team and sales associates, facilitating operational excellence within the store while inspiring the team to surpass targets.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor provides essential support and coverage in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify outstanding selling and customer service practices to foster a consistently positive shopping experience for both customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with store management to implement strategies that enhance performance and ensure smooth execution of all operational tasks.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the leadership team aimed at boosting productivity and streamlining store operations.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new associates, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Oversee and assign tasks to team members to optimize store efficiency.
  • Provide constructive feedback on individual and team performance to store management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, along with any inventory responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; luxury retail experience is advantageous.

• Proven skills in POS management, daily banking processes, and timely report submissions.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Demonstrated commitment to a customer-centric sales culture and ability to build brand loyalty through extensive product knowledge.
