About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1205084 BC LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods.

Language and Work Term

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
