About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1205084 BC LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to meet sales targets.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and ensure that it is delivered to the sales team in a timely manner.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure the sales team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and work in a physical environment.
