Job Overview:

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic/Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of gas compression systems. Your expertise will be essential in:

  • Enhancing equipment operational efficiency through in-depth knowledge of gas compression systems and their components.
  • Reading and interpreting technical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Conducting maintenance, repairs, and overhauls in various remote settings.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to engine and compressor performance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while meticulously documenting all mechanical work performed.
  • Managing parts procurement as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Journeyman Millwright or Heavy Duty Mechanic.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Waukesha, Caterpillar, and natural gas compression systems.
  • Strong customer service abilities and a willingness to work in remote environments.
  • Experience with commissioning new equipment is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
