We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Gill Immigration Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and answer telephone calls and messages.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement with a permanent position, working 32 to 40 hours per week, and speaking English as the primary language.
