Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Neon Commissary. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet our quality standards and showcase your culinary expertise.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
