About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Jasmeet Kaur Dhaliwal, Baljeet Singh Dhaliwal. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain work records and logs, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Communication: Record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, and calculate billing charges.
  • Monitoring: Monitor mobile radio or telephone for important messages and updates.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Pressure Management: Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
