We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G RAPTORS SECURITY SERVICES LTD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 5-10 years of experience in a security leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid Security Guard License.
