Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our premises, including the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in security management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Security Guard License and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
