  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our clients' properties to identify and address any security concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients to ensure their security needs are met.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising and coordinating security personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Valid Security Guard License.
