Job Summary:The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and coordinating sales meetings.
- Sales Operations: Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and best practices.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including sales team members, management, and other departments.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Sales Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Personal Suitability:- Ability to Multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales team members, management, and other departments.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions and improving processes.
The Sales Administrator will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.
