Sales and Operations Manager
Nanaimo Home Furnishings is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and operations management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and operations management
- Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
- Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
