Sales Operations Manager

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales team operates within budget.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are implemented.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives.
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Leading/instructing groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
A fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
