Position Overview

The Landscape Operations Manager at Gardens of Eden Plantscaping will oversee the development and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within landscaping or horticulture
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule team members effectively
  • Coordinate the organization of planting activities
  • Plan and oversee grounds maintenance operations
  • Supervise the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Manage landscape construction projects from start to finish
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings accurately
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
