Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and nurture effective business relationships with existing and prospective clients, employing strategies that foster profitable partnerships.
  2. Deliver timely services and agronomic insights to clients, facilitating access to specialists and educational opportunities as needed.
  3. Evaluate current and emerging agricultural trends and service requirements, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to devise and execute strategies that create new opportunities.
  4. Achieve and surpass sales targets, profit margins, and operational objectives as outlined by branch management.
  5. Maintain an in-depth understanding of Nutrien Ag Solutions' product offerings, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  6. Promote Nutrien's culture of care and adhere to Nutrien, industry regulations, and environmental health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Educational background in agriculture; equivalent experience may be considered.
  2. Minimum of 2 years in progressively responsible agri-business or related customer service roles.
  3. Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license is required.
  4. CCA or P.Ag. accreditation, or the ability to obtain such credentials.
